§ 94.66 HEIGHT LIMITATION.

The height limitations of this chapter shall not apply to church spires, belfries, cupolas, and domes not intended for human occupancy; public monuments, water towers, chimneys, flag poles, or any other structure with similar characteristics as determined by the Board of Adjustment.
