Proposed utility layouts. Plans for individual water supply systems and/or sewage disposal systems must be accompanied by preliminary approval letters from the North Carolina State Board of Health and the North Carolina Office of Water and Air Resources
Site data, street names, setback lines and zoning classification, if applicable.
Proposed streets, engineering data, grades, rights-of-way and pavement widths. Possible letter of application for driveway entrances.
Proposed location of any parks, school sites, open spaces, natural buffers, bicycle trails, recreational areas and future ownership.
Existing and proposed property lines, water courses, bridges, culverts, railroads, corporate limits, township boundaries, and county lines.
Proposed lot lines, lot and block numbers, and approximate dimensions.
Copy of deed restrictions or similar covenants.
Existing wooded areas, marshes, swamps, lakes, streams, rock outcrops, and other natural features affecting the site.
Name(s) address(es) and telephone number(s) of owner(s); mortgagee(s), registered surveyor(s), land planner(s) and professional engineer(s) responsible for subdivision.
Date of plat preparation.
Topographic map showing contour lines every five (5) feet.
