§ 93.52 COMPLIANCE WITH OFFICIAL PLANS.
   Whenever a tract to be subdivided embraces any part of a major thoroughfare, parkway or boulevard designated in the official maps and plans for the village, such part of such proposed public way shall be platted and dedicated by the subdivider in the location and at the width specified.
