§ 93.50 EASEMENTS.
   Utility and drainage easements shall be provided for utilities where necessary and shall be at least 20 feet wide. Easements should be centered on rear or side lot lines to the maximum practical extent.
   (A)   Where a subdivision is traversed by a water course, drainageway, drainage tile, channel or stream, there shall be provided a storm water easement or drainage right-of-way conforming substantially with the lines of such water course, and such further width or construction, or both, as will be adequate for the purpose. Parallel streets or parkways may be required in connection therewith.
   (B)   All telephone lines and power lines will be located underground to preserve the aesthetics of the area. The telephone company and the power company shall be provided with copies of the plat by the subdivider and be expected to work with the developer in designing the utilities plan for the subdivision.
   (C)   Provisions for street lighting shall also be incorporated in the subdivider's utility plans.
