The minimum building setback from the property lines shall be as follows:
(A) From the front property line 30% of depth
(B) From the side property line 15% of the width of the lot on each side of the house, but not less than 20 feet
(C) From the side property line adjacent to street on corner lots 15% of the width of the lot at building set back, but no less than 30 feet.
