§ 85.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "BARRIER." A fence, wall, building wall or combination thereof which completely surrounds the swimming pool and obstructs access to the swimming pool.
   "SWIMMING POOL." Any outdoor structure intended for swimming or recreational bathing that contains water over 24 inches deep.
