§ 71.09 CLINGING TO VEHICLES.

Any person riding upon any motorcycle, bicycle, moped cycle, coaster, sled, roller skates, or any other such recreational or toy vehicle, shall not attach the same or himself to any moving vehicles upon any roadway.
