§ 71.08 EMERGING FROM ALLEY OR DRIVEWAY.
   The driver of a vehicle emerging from an alley or driveway, shall stop such vehicle immediately prior to driving onto the roadway until entry can be safely made and upon entering the roadway shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles approaching on the roadway.
