Whenever it becomes necessary to enter any premises, store, or dwelling, for the purpose of inspecting sewer pipes or fixtures, any authorized village employee may do so during reasonable hours. Should the village employee be refused admittance, the supply of water shall be cut off until the examination is made and required information is obtained, or until repairs and alterations are made.
