(A) No person shall make connection with the sewer system of the village until such person shall have made application for and received permission to connect as provided herein.
(B) All applications for a permit to make connection with the sewer system shall be made with the Clerk of the Village in writing and upon application forms to be furnished by the village. Such application shall fully describe the locality where the connection is desired. At the time the application is made, tap fees as established by the village shall be paid. In addition to the tap fees, the applicant shall also pay in advance for the repair of all paving that must be disturbed in order to cover the cost of the replacement of such paving.
(C) Sewer tap shall consist of the following material:
(1) Clay with asphalt joints; or
(2) Cast iron with lead joints.
