§ 51.03 DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC UTILITIES; DUTIES.
   The Director of Public Utilities shall perform the following duties:
   (A)   He shall have general supervision over all the operations of the sewage system;
   (B)   He shall see that all rules and regulations of the village are enforced; and
   (C)   He shall see that sewer rates and assessments are correctly made.
