(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to throw, deposit, or otherwise place or cause to be thrown, deposited or otherwise placed on or in the park any paper, glass, cans, garbage, trash or refuse of any kind.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person other than an employee of the village or member of the Village Council to be present on or in any village park, or the village owned boat ramp or the walkway located on the northwest side of Wackena Dam which boat ramp and dam walkway are located between 443 Dogwood Trail and 601 Mill Road between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and sunrise unless permission has been granted by the Village Administrator.
