The Village Administrator for the village shall have general supervision, administration and control over all matters pertaining to the park. The Village Administrator shall possess the duty and responsibility to formulate, in compliance with existing village ordinances, the rules, regulations and policies that shall govern the use of the park and may recommend and propose to the Village Council any matter relating to the use and maintenance of the park.
