§ 156.270  INTERPRETATION, PURPOSE AND CONFLICT.
   (A)   In the interpretation and application, the provisions of this chapter shall be held to be minimum requirements, adopted for the promotion of the public health, safety, morals and general welfare.
   (B)   Whenever the requirements of this chapter are at variance with other requirements of lawfully adopted rules, regulations, ordinances, deed restrictions or covenants, the most restrictive, or that imposing the highest standards, shall govern.
