§ 156.258  ZONING PERMIT APPLICATION PROCEDURE.
   (A)   Application for a zoning permit shall be made to the Zoning Enforcement Officer.
   (B)   The application shall consist of the submission of the plan of the site in duplicate showing the following information:
      (1)   The actual shape and dimensions of the lot or parcel which is to be developed;
      (2)   The exact sizes of all proposed and existing buildings within the site and surrounding it for 50 feet on all sides drawn to scale;
      (3)   The location of the parcel with reference to existing and proposed rights-of-way;
      (4)   The areas that are set aside for off-street parking and off-street loading as such facilities are required by this chapter;
      (5)   Any other information which the Zoning Enforcement Officer may deem necessary for his or her consideration in enforcing this chapter; and
      (6)   The nature of the proposed use of the building or land, including the extent and location of the use on said lot.
   (C)   After the Zoning Enforcement Officer has checked the application against the provisions of this chapter and found said application to be in conformity, he or she shall issue a zoning permit to the applicant.
   (D)   Upon issuance of the zoning permit, the applicant will receive one copy of the site plan, the other being retained by the Ordinance Administrator.
   (E)   At this time the applicant will pay all applicable fees to cover administrative costs.
   (F)   If the application for a zoning permit is denied by the Zoning Enforcement Officer, the applicant may appeal the action to the Town Board of Adjustment in writing within 30 days of the Zoning Enforcement Officer’s decision.
