§ 156.227 HEIGHT LIMITATIONS.

   The height limitations of this chapter shall not apply to:

   (A)   Church spires;

   (B)   Belfries;

   (C)   Cupolas;

   (D)   Domes not intended for human occupancy;

   (E)   Monuments;

   (F)   Water towers;

   (G)   Observation towers;

   (H)   Transmission towers;

   (I)   Television towers;

   (J)   Masts;

   (K)   Aerials; and

   (L)   Similar structures.
