§ 156.141  DEVELOPMENT PLAN.
   (A)   A plan clearly indicating the developer’s intention to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be submitted for approval.
   (B)   Such plans shall be drawn at a scale of not less than 100 feet to the inch and shall show the following on one or more sheets that are either 15 by 18 inches or 20 by 24 inches in size:
      (1)   A site plan of the proposed mobile home park;
      (2)   The name of the mobile home park, the names and addresses of the owner(s) and the designer of the park;
      (3)   Date, approximate north arrow and scale;
      (4)   The boundary lines of the tract with accurate linear and angular dimensions drawn to scale;
      (5)   The locations of existing and platted property lines, streets, buildings, watercourses, railroads, bridges, water mains, sewers, culverts, drain pipes and any utility easements, both on the land to be developed into a mobile home park and on land immediately adjoining. The names of adjoining subdivisions or the names of record or owners of adjoining parcels of unsubdivided land;
      (6)   The names, proposed location and approximate dimensions of proposed streets, alleys, driveways, entrances, exits, walkways, easements, recreation areas, parks and other spaces, reservations, mobile home spaces and building lines within the park. This information should be graphically shown only. It is not required to prepare detailed computations or field work above that required to obtain the above information;
      (7)   Plans of proposed utility layouts (sewer lines, septic tank drainfields, and water and storm drainage) showing feasible connections to existing and proposed utility systems;
      (8)   Where public water and public sewer is not available, a written statement from the County Environmental Health Department shall be submitted with the mobile home park plans that indicate that the park has adequate land area and suitable topography to accommodate the proposed methods of water supply and sewage disposal;
      (9)   Location and number of garbage receptacles; and
      (10)   Plans for electric lighting.
