§ 156.137 COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS.

All mobile home parks existing at the time of adoption of this subchapter are not required to comply with these regulations. However, before any existing park can add additional mobile home sites, or a new park constructed, all requirements of this chapter must be met.
