§ 50.40  ACCUMULATION OF SOLID WASTE.
   (A)   Each resident receiving garbage services shall have a town-provided waste container adequate to contain the solid waste generated at said residence, which accumulates between periods of removal from the premises, and shall place and keep all solid waste therein until disposal. Solid waste may not accumulate outside of the containers.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for anyone to throw or to cause to accumulate onto the streets, sidewalks or private property any solid waste or any other substance that will render the street or premises unclean or unsightly or unsafe to any person or vehicle using the streets or liable to injuriously affect the health or safety of the community.
