§ 156.111  LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (R-20).
The Low Density Residential District is established as a district in which the principal use of land is for low density residential development. The regulations of this district are intended to discourage any use, which because of its character, would be a nuisance to the neighboring residences and to ensure that residential developments will occur at sufficiently low densities to assure a healthful environment. The regulations are further intended to discourage any use, which because of its character would substantially interfere with the development of residences in the district, which would be detrimental to the quiet residential nature of the areas included within this district.
