§ 156.099  UNOCCUPIED LOT AREAS.
   All areas of a developed lot not occupied by buildings, structures, improvements, pedestrian and vehicular circulation ways, off-street parking and outside storage shall be appropriately improved with ground cover, trees, shrubbery or mulch.
