The required parking spaces for any number of spaces may be combined in one lot of premises, but the required parking space for any other use shall not be used or counted as the required space for any other use except that one-half of the parking space required for churches, theaters or assembly halls whose peak attendance will be at night or on Sundays may be assigned to a use which will be closed at night and on Sundays.
