(A) Each application for a zoning permit or certificate of occupancy submitted to the Zoning Enforcement Officer shall include information as to the location and dimensions of off-street parking and loading spaces, and means of ingress and egress to such space.
(B) This information shall be of sufficient detail to enable the Zoning Enforcement Officer to determine whether the requirements of this subchapter are met.
