§ 156.056  ENFORCEMENT OF SIGN REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Any sign, structure or other form of advertising defined as a sign herein that is erected or placed anywhere in the town limits or in the extended planning jurisdiction of the town after adoption of this subchapter that is not in compliance with the provisions of this chapter shall be a zoning violation subject to the enforcement provisions outlined in this chapter.
   (B)   The town may take possession, remove and dispose of any temporary sign not expressly permitted in this subchapter that is found within a public right-of-way, or within 11 feet of the edge of a public street if the right-of-way cannot be readily determined.
