(A) The town shall not accept payment for water, sewer or garbage in large quantities of change, unless it is rolled, dated, initialed by the customer and labeled with the customer’s phone number.
(B) Employees of the town shall have the authority to reject payments for any service made with large quantities of change that are not thusly prepared.
