In order to regulate and limit the height and size of building; to regulate and limit the intensity of the use of lot areas; to regulate and determine the areas of open spaces surrounding buildings; and to control the location of buildings designed for specified industrial, business, residential and other uses, the town and its extraterritorial area are hereby divided into the following use zones of which there shall be known as:

NB-2 | Neighborhood Business District |
B-l | Downtown Business District |
I-1 | Light Industrial District |
