The town may interrupt service for tests, maintenance and repairs of the water system. All reasonable means will be made to notify the affected customer(s) of any anticipated interruption of service. In emergency situations, the public will be notified as soon as possible. In the exercise of such rights, the town shall not be liable for any damage or inconvenience suffered by any consumer even if the town fails to give notice.
