§ 50.17  LEAKS ON WATER LINE ON CUSTOMER’S PROPERTY.
   When it is ascertained that there is a leak on property owned or controlled by said customer, it shall be the responsibility of the customer to locate and repair said leak immediately. During the time the leak exists, the customer shall pay for the amount of water wasted.
