§ 50.14 LIMITATIONS ON TERMINATIONS OF UTILITY SERVICE.

(A) The town shall terminate utility service for non-payment of utility charges and/or installments and surcharges only during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Wednesday.

(B) No termination shall be permitted on a legal holiday, on a workday before a legal holiday or on a weekend.
