§ 155.127  STORM WATER DRAINAGE FACILITIES.
   In addition to the requirements of § 155.106, the subdivider shall provide a drainage system that diverts storm water runoff away from surface waters and incorporates best management practices (BMPs) to minimize water quality impacts.
