Subdivision development within the watershed shall comply with §§ 155.001 through 155.009, 155.020 through 155.022, 155.035 through 155.038, 155.050 through 155.055, 155.070, 155.085, 155.100 through 155.110, in addition to the special provisions contained within this subchapter. This amendment to the existing subdivision regulations is adopted under the authority of G.S. Chapter 143, Article 21, § 143-214.5.
