§ 155.107  WATER AND SEWER SYSTEMS.
   (A)   Water supplies. Where a public water system is reasonably accessible, the subdivider should connect each lot to that system. Otherwise, each lot shall have an approved individual well water system. The subdivider shall pay the full cost of connection to the system.
   (B)   Sewer system. A new subdivision with more than ten lots and located within 1,000 feet of adequate sewer lines shall connect to that system. Other areas in the town planning area may be served by public sewer, if approved by the town. When a new subdivision is not connected to public sewer, each lot in that development shall have an approved wastewater disposal system approved by the County Health Department or the State Department of Environment, Health and Natural Resources, Division of Environmental Management before a building permit is issued. The subdivider shall pay the full cost of connecting to the system.
