§ 155.105  EASEMENTS.
   (A)   Utility easements. Easements for underground or above ground utilities shall be provided where necessary across lots preferably centered on rear or side lot lines and shall be at least ten feet in width.
   (B)   Drainage easements. Where a subdivision is traversed by a stream or drainage way, an easement shall be provided conforming with the lines of such stream and of sufficient width as will be adequate for the purpose as determined by the best available floodplain maps (i.e., United States Department of Agriculture, Soil Conservation Service, FEMA flood hazard maps).
   (C)   Buffer strips. A buffer strip as defined in § 155.021 may be required by the Planning Board.
