§ 155.054  APPEAL PROCEDURES.
   If the subdivider disagrees with the decision of the Planning Board, the subdivider may appeal to the Board of Commissioners at its next regular meeting. To allow adequate review time, the appeal shall be made at least 12 days prior to the regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners.
