(A) The subdivider shall submit a sketch development plan to the Administrator. At this stage, the Administrator and the subdivider shall informally review the proposed subdivision to ensure it meets the requirements of a minor plat.
(B) After this initial review has been completed, the subdivider shall prepare a final plat as specified in § 155.070 and submit it to the Planning Board for approval.
(C) The Planning Board shall approve or disapprove the final plat within 45 days after first consideration; otherwise, the plat shall be automatically approved.
