§ 155.005  ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER.
   The Town Manager shall function as the Administrator and shall have overall administrative responsibility for this chapter. His or her duties shall include: reviewing sketch plans with the developers; reviewing and approving minor subdivision plats; determining whether or not plats meet the requirements specified in this chapter; sending proposed subdivision plats to outside experts such as the State Department of Transportation, state and county health officials in order to receive their comments; presenting subdivision plats at the meetings of Review Committees and the Planning Board; and ensuring approved final plats are recorded in the County Register of Deeds office.
