§ 50.09  DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR SERVICE DISCONTINUANCE.
   It is expressly stipulated by and between the town and the utility customer that no claim shall be made against the town on account of any bursting pipe, any attachment to the utility system or for any accidental failure in the supply of water and sewer services.
