§ 50.01  MAKING APPLICATION FOR WATER, SEWER AND GARBAGE.
   All applications for town water/sewer/garbage services shall be made at the town hall. All applications shall be properly processed. Payment of a deposit for the services in an amount set by the Board of Commissioners shall accompany the application for said services. Utility services shall not be provided to any prospective residential customer if that person or persons within that household has any outstanding and unpaid utility charges and/or installments and surcharges arising from prior utility service with the town.
