(A) Assigning new addresses. In assigning new addresses, as few existing addresses as possible will be changed. The Administrator shall be authorized to change addresses where necessary.
(B) Appeal. The Administrator’s decision may be appealed to the Town Board of Commissioners for a final decision.
(C) Reason for change.
(1) Existing addresses may be changed for just cause.
(2) Examples of just cause are:
(a) Area where no addresses were left for vacant lot(s);
(b) Street name change approved by Planning Board;
(c) Person unknowingly using the wrong address;
(d) Change from rural route and box number to urban street address number; and
(e) Street address number series presently in use is incorrect and misleading.
