§ 151.020  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE OWNER.
   It shall be the duty and responsibility of the owner to maintain all nonresidential buildings and premises in accordance with all standards for nonresidential buildings and premises fitness as stated in §§ 151.035 and 151.036.
