The Stokes County Sexually Oriented Businesses Ordinance is adopted by reference as if fully set forth, except requiring 1,000 feet between any church, chapel or publicly recognized place of worship, any park or building used by the public or owned by a public entity or any residential zoning district and with the following amendment to Paragraph 12: The Board of Commissioners or Planned Board may require any other condition to help ameliorate the impact of the adult establishment to its surrounding use.
