§ 96.29  ADOPTION AND AMENDMENT.
   Upon adoption by the Town Council, this subchapter shall take effect and in so doing, establish and define the primary fire limits more particularly described in Exhibit “A”. The Town Council, in adopting and amending from time to time, this subchapter, shall follow the procedures outlined in G.S. Chapter 160A-364.
