§ 96.25  GENERAL RULES.
   The town, as required by G.S. Chapter 160A-435, Part 5, Article 19, hereby establishes and defines by the primary fire limits; the defined area of which shall comply with the applicable provisions of G.S. 160A-435 through 160A-440.
