As authorized in Section 104.2 of the North Carolina Fire Prevention Code, the Fire Marshal or his or her designee will accept applications for permits and issue permits for operations regulated by Section 105 of the Fire Prevention Code and permits required by the authority having jurisdiction, the city. Fees accompanying these permits and other services provided by the Fire Marshal are detailed in § 96.07.
