§ 95.01  DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   YARD SALES or GARAGE SALE.  A display and sale from a residence of residential property of personal property which has been owned or previously used.
