§ 94.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating the provisions of any section of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (B)   Any person or entity found to be in violation of any provision of this chapter shall also be subject to a civil penalty in the amount of $100 per violation.
