§ 93.05 COMPLAINTS AND INVESTIGATIONS.

The Town Manager or Code Enforcement Officer shall, upon notice from any citizen or public official of the existence of any of the conditions described in § 93.03, investigate to determine whether conditions exist as to constitute a public nuisance as declared in § 93.03.
