§ 90.043  CONFINEMENT OF FEMALE CATS AND DOGS IN HEAT.
   (A)   When any female cat or dog is in heat, the owner of such animal shall confine the cat or dog in a building or secure enclosure in such a manner that the animal will not be in contact with another cat or dog or create a nuisance by attracting males.
   (B)   This section shall not be construed to prohibit the intentional breeding of animals within an enclosed area on the premises of the owner of the animal being bred.
