§ 90.039 NOTIFICATION OF INJURY TO ANIMAL REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person injuring an animal to fail to immediately notify the owner or keeper of the animal, or an Animal Control Officer, humane society or the Police Department of the town.
