§ 90.037  HUNTING, KILLING AND TRAPPING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt, kill or trap any animal within the territorial limits of the town. This section shall not apply to the Animal Control Officer or duly authorized agent when enforcing the provisions provided in this chapter.
